Introduction

Welcome to the Super Rooster Turns 40 Competition! By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of Toowoomba, Australia and participants must be able to collect their prize in person as items will not be posted.

Use of Personal Information

By entering the competition, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent

Publicity

By participating in the Super Rooster Turns 40 Competition, you grant Super Rooster  the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation

General Conditions

Super Rooster  reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice.

Super Rooster is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website outages, that may affect entry or participation in the competition.

By entering the competition, you release Super Rooster from any liability or claims arising from your participation or the use of prizes.

Super Rooster Turns 40 Big Prize Terms & Conditions

How to Enter

• Purchase a meal at Super Rooster during November
• To enter into the competition draw, you must complete all of the following:
  1. Take a pic whilst eating your delicious Super Rooster meal
  2. Tag Super Rooster on social media:
  @superroosterbbq on instagram & /superroosterqld on facebook
  3. Use hashtag #SuperRoosterTurns40 on your post
• One entry is allowed per meal purchased

Prizes

• The prizes for the Super Rooster Turns 40 Competition are specified on the competition page of our website and are subject to availability of products
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives
• Prizes must be used within 12 months

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries on 30th November 2023
• The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results
• Winners will be notified by tag on Social Media. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected
• Winners must go instore to collect their prize (any of the Super Rooster Toowoomba locations). The items can not be posted or delivered to the winner
• Winners agree to have their photograph taken with their prize for use on social media

Facebook Trivia Competition Terms & Conditions

How to Enter

• To enter into the competition draw, you must be logged into Facebook, be on the Super Rooster Facebook Page at 5pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays during November
• One answer is allowed per person, if you post the correct answer but it is not your first post, you will not be counted as the winner even if you are the first to answer correctly

Prizes

• The prize winner will win a Super Rooster Retro Merch Pack* containing one tshirt, one cap and one pair of socks
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives

Winner Selection

• Whoever answers the question correctly first on their first guess will be the winner of that day’s trivia competition
• Winners will be announced within 10 minutes of the correct answer being given
• The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results
• Winners will be notified by tag on Social Media. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, a new winner may be selected
• Winners must go instore to collect their prize (any of the Super Rooster Toowoomba locations). The items can not be posted or delivered to the winner
• Winners agree to have their photograph taken with their prize for use on social media

• Purchase a meal at Super Rooster during November 2023. 

Prizes

• The prize winner will win an item of your choice from the Super Rooster Retro Merch – a choice of Retro Socks, Tee or Cap 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives

Winner Selection

• Select random meals during the month of November 2023 will contain Golden Sticker featuring Louie (the Rooster). These are instant win prizes.
• Winners must go in store to collect their prize (any of the Super Rooster Toowoomba locations). The items can not be posted or delivered to the winner
• Winners agree to have their photograph taken with their prize for use on social media
